These Terms & Conditions (βTermsβ) govern your use of the Aesthetics by Sarah Williams website and your appointments, treatments and interactions with our clinic in Jesmond, Newcastle. By using our site or booking a treatment, you agree to these Terms.
Treatments & Medical Suitability
1.1 All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical assessment with Sarah Williams, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe or not in your best interest.
1.3 You must provide accurate medical information prior to treatment. Failure to do so may affect your suitability or results.
Consultations
2.1 Consultations may be required before treatment to assess your goals, suitability and medical history.
2.2 In some cases, a consultation fee may apply. If so, this will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
2.3 A consultation does not guarantee treatment.
Appointments & Cancellations
3.1 We operate a cancellation policy to protect clinic time.
3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
3.3 Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in a charge or loss of deposit.
3.4 Repeated non-attendance may result in refusal of future bookings.
Deposits & Payments
4.1 Some treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking.
4.2 Deposits are non-refundable unless the clinic cancels or reschedules your appointment.
4.3 Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 Prices may change at any time; however, you will be charged the price confirmed at your booking.
Results & Expectations
5.1 Results vary between individuals based on lifestyle, medical conditions and anatomy.
5.2 No aesthetic result can be guaranteed.
5.3 Before-and-after photos may be taken for clinical documentation. These will only be used for marketing with your written consent.
Aftercare Responsibilities
6.1 You agree to follow all aftercare guidance provided by the practitioner.
6.2 Failure to follow aftercare advice may impact your results or increase the risk of complications.
6.3 If you have concerns following treatment, please contact the clinic promptly.
Refund Policy
7.1 As aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and results vary, we do not offer refunds on treatments once performed.
7.2 Refunds may be considered only in cases where treatment was not carried out due to practitioner decision or medical contraindication.
7.3 Product-based purchases (if applicable) may have separate return policies.
Gift Vouchers
8.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid until the expiry date printed.
8.2 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.3 Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
